At the Angels Foundation, we believe connection, community and celebration are powerful tools for change. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events, from walks, talks and community gatherings, to our signature fundraising gala, to bring people together, raise awareness, and generate vital support for our work

WOW Angels Support Group is a monthly support group welcoming women from all backgrounds to meet new friends, reduce isolation, and enjoy a supportive, non-judgemental space.
Each month we come together to chat over a cup of something warm and enjoy a slice of cake. You are welcome to simply relax and socialise, or, if you wish, take part in a mix of art-based activities, educational and informative guest talks, and self-development sessions.
The aim of WOW is to provide friendship, care, and connection for women of all ages and backgrounds. While our charity focuses on supporting those affected by domestic abuse, we recognise that many women never disclose or report abuse, and many more know someone in their personal network who is affected.
Our groups offer an open door to support—whether for yourself or someone you are concerned about. Most importantly, WOW is friendly, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming.
If you feel nervous about attending alone, please don’t worry. Just give us a call and we can arrange for you to:
We also operate a buddy system for new joiners, so you will never feel left out.
If you’re a keen baker and would like to bring along some treats, you’re very welcome to do so!
No booking required – simply turn up.

The Angels Ball is the crown jewel of The Angels Foundation’s annual calendar, our main fundraising event of the year and a dazzling evening where compassion meets celebration.
It is a night to come together, connect, and celebrate the impact we make as a community, a space filled with elegance, energy, and purpose. Guests enjoy not just a beautiful event but an opportunity to network, meet like-minded supporters, and be part of something truly special.
It is more than just a gala evening. It is our main fundraising event of the year, helping us continue our vital work supporting women and families affected by domestic abuse.

Each Angels Ball is designed to offer an unforgettable experience. Though the format may vary slightly from year to year, guests can always look forward to:
An elegant arrival experience — step into a stunning venue set for celebration
A beautiful setting — for a great ambiance and atmosphere.
Champagne and canapé reception — the perfect start to an evening of connection
Scrumptious dinner — crafted by top local chefs
High-quality live entertainment and music — from talented artists and bands
Dancing all night long — because joy and movement are at the heart of what we do.

Sponsoring the Angels Ball signals real commitment to Cambridgeshire, links your brand to genuine social impact and gives you standout visibility with local audiences through the build-up and on the night.
It’s good for business and culture, too: host clients, treat your team to a night they’ll love, connect with local leaders and showcase the values that attract purpose-driven talent.
